Welcome to the 12 Fires Sauna Circle — a year-long ritual of warmth, restoration, and nature-immersion. This guide holds everything you need to know about your membership, sessions, and how to make the most of your time in the sanctuary by the stream.

• One Streamside Sauna Session per month (12 total)
• Each session is a private 2-hour reservation for 1–4 people
• Seasonal access to the stream for cold plunging
• Seasonal use of the outdoor tub and shower
• Access to the beautiful house shower
• Access to the propane firebowl seating area when conditions allow
• 50% off the optional Sauna Prep Add-On ($50 $25) for select time slots
  (We light, tend, and prep the sauna for you so it’s ready on arrival.)
• 20% off any stay at Stone City Treehouse or the Pebble Tent

🗓 Booking Your Monthly Session

You will receive a booking link created specifically for Circle members.

Please schedule one session per calendar month.

• Sessions can be booked in advance.
• Unused months do not roll over.
• If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours ahead so the time slot can reopen.

🔮 How to Prepare

To make the most of your ritual:

• Hydrate well before, during, and after
• We provide towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and water, bring your own sandles or slippers and any other personal comforts you may want.
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early
• Enter the stream slowly and mindfully (and use the buddy system!)
• Listen to your body — step out as needed
• Leave the space tidy for the next member

📜 Liability Release

A signed liability release form is required prior to your first session.

You will receive the link via email.
It must be completed once per year and covers all guests attending with you.

To help keep the space sacred and welcoming:

• Honor your booking times
• Treat the sauna, stream, and forest with care
• Pack out everything you bring in
• Let us know if anything needs attention or repair
• Keep noise gentle — the woods amplify everything

🌿 Sauna Circle FAQ's

How many sessions do I receive?

Your membership includes one private Streamside Sauna Session per month (12 total).

How long is each session?

Each reservation is 2 hours, for up to 1–4 people in your party.

Can unused months roll over?

No — sessions must be used during each calendar month.

Can I gift a month (or more) to a friend?

Yes!  We will need to receive confirmation from you, and whoever attends your gifted session will need to sign a release form.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, your monthly session may include up to 3 additional people, max 4 guests total.

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes — a liability release form must be signed once per year before your first session, as well as for each guest

What if I need to cancel?

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation.

Is Sauna Prep included?

No, part of the sauna experience is heating the sauna with the woodstove, but members may add it for $50 when available. 

What seasonal features are available?
