Before You Book...

• Please read the FAQ’s on the About page before booking to be sure it’s a match!
• Check in is after 4pm and check out is before noon.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm—8am and internet access is turned off during those times.
• There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside any structures.
• There is no cell service on the property and wifi is available only at the house.
• Come prepared for cold/cool weather and possible challenging driving conditions in winter and spring.
• You will likely come across insects, spiders and wildlife during your stay.
• In the treehouse, you must be able to climb a ladder to get to the sleeping loft.
• There is an exterior security camera that points to the driveway/parking areas.

Cancellation policy:

When booking directly, Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.  Look specifically at the cancellation policies on other booking websites.
